Please email the Minister of Transport and related key Tory Ministers, to overrule the unilateral and undemocratic decision by the Mayor of London to expand the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) across the London Boroughs in Greater London.

Transport Secretary Mark Harper has the legal power to intervene to stop Sadiq Khan's hated tax on drivers in London.

Let's put pressure on this anti-driver Government to do the right thing. You can really make a difference, even if you are based outside London. Remember what happens in London is normally followed by most of the major UK cities too. So lets make sure that doesn't happen.

On November 25th, 2022, Howard Cox founder of the FairFuelUK Campaign, asked the Transport Minister to overrule the unilateral baseless decision by the Mayor of London to expand the Ultra Low Emission Zone across the London Boroughs in Greater London. Mr Harper, you, and your department of transport can intervene. The Mayor of London has used factually incorrect health fatality data along with his manipulation of a public consultation to emotively implement a policy that even his own TfL have shown, will make no demonstrable difference to the air we will breathe inside the M25. Despite the fact that in the public consultation two out of three people said they are actually against the expansion, the five councils opposing this new ULEZ zone in the Judicial Review did not have enough legal clout, nor their legal team even the nous, to persuade the judge his high court ruling decision was catastrophically wrong. Howard Cox, recently produced an independent report that actually calculated the impact of ULEZ on the economy.  Approaching a billion pounds - £800million to be exact - will be reduced from London’s economy because people simply won’t go into the extended ULEZ zone.
